Moody Hosting Founder’s Conference in Spokane March 10–11
Kevin Palau and Dr. Jack Reiss speaking
Founder’s Conference celebrates the legacy of 19th-century evangelist and Moody founder Dwight Lyman Moody and features Bible teaching, worship, music, and fellowship. This year’s speakers are Kevin Palau, president of the Luis Palau Association (LPA), and Dr. Jack Reiss, director of Baptist World Missionary Outreach Ministries (BWMOM).
Through various outreach ministries, LPA has shared the gospel with one billion people around the world. Kevin’s father, evangelist Luis Palau, is the host of a two-minute radio program, Reaching Your World, which airs daily on Moody Radio. BWMOM supports missionaries serving worldwide by providing guidance concerning their practical needs and equipping them with ministry resources. The organization also publishes evangelistic literature, including a quarterly magazine titled Sh’ma Shofar.
“We are excited to have Kevin Palau and Jack Reiss leading us in challenging and equipping people to go forth to proclaim the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ,” said Brian Jaworski, associate dean for student development at Moody Bible Institute in Spokane. “It is our prayer that by the end of the conference, we all would more fully understand that there is no one like our God and would fully commit to making Him known.”
Palau and Reiss will lead morning and evening sessions each day, and attendees will join in uplifting worship led by students.
All sessions will be held in the main auditorium of Moody’s campus in Spokane, located at 2000 North Standard Street. This free event is open to the public, with no registration required.
